Description:

If Engine Fueling Inhibit Allowed (SPN 5795) indicates that the engine will inhibit fueling, then this parameter and Engine Fueling Inhibit Prevented Reason Extension (SPN 8145) will indicate the reason.If SPN 8145 is state 13 (1101b) or lower, then SPN 5866, if supported, shall be set to the same value. If SPN 8145 is state 14 (1110b) or higher, then SPN 5866, if supported, shall be set to 14 (1110b).
