Description:

Provides state of inhibit request for Aftertreatment thermal management from external system. Aftertreatment Thermal Management indicates that the exhaust temperatures have been controlled for expected functioning of the aftertreatment system – This is not just limited to temperature increase for regeneration of DPF or SCR. Inhibit request is active when temperature change in aftertreatment system leads to deviation in the normal functioning of the external system and external system requests thermal management to be suspended for some duration. Status of SPN 7332 indicates whether the inhibit request is accepted. 00b = Do not inhibit 01b = Inhibit 10b = Reserved for SAE assignment 11b = Not Available
