Engine Start Arbitrator Message Counter

Description:

Message counter to allow detection of data integrity issues. The counter is incremented every time a device sends out the Engine Start Control message. When the counter has reached a value of 15 it starts over at 0 for the next message cycle. Receiving devices shall treat the message content as invalid when two consecutive messages from the same source address contain non-sequential counter values.
