Indicates the source of the speed command to the Propulsion Motor Oil Pump system or component. 00b is communicated when the controller is self-controlled (e.g. based on a temperature sensor). 01b is communicated when responding to the Propulsion Motor Oil Pump Speed Command (SPN 7993) or Propulsion Motor Oil Pump Percent Speed Command (SPN 7994). 10b is communicated when neither an internal nor external command is provided (e.g. failed temperature sensor or loss of the command message). 00b = Internal Command 01b = External Command 10b = Default Command 11b = Not Available
