Hybrid System Propulsion Disable Status

Description:

Indicates if the hybrid system is in a state where propulsion is not available. This may be due to Hybrid System Propulsion Disable Request (SPN 7558), Hybrid System Propulsion Disable Switch (SPN 7554), or Hybrid System Off-Board Charger Connection Status (SPN 7551) being active. It may also be due to other internal hybrid reasons for propulsion being disabled (e.g. charging, pre-charge not complete, warm-up modes).00b = Propulsion not disabled 01b = Propulsion is disabled 10b = Error 11b = Not Available Note: Propulsion System Active (SPN 7315) should not be used as an indication of propulsion being disabled as it is required to indicate that the propulsion system is active whenever the engine is running regardless of the state of the hybrid systems ability to provide propulsion power.
