Indicates the remaining percentage of engine stop-start operation allowed by the hybrid system. The calculation of the percentage is manufacturer specific. It is an operational limitation, not a functional one, meaning the hybrid system could provide additional stop-start as there is no failure, but it is operationally restricted at this point in time to protect the long term life of the hybrid components supporting stop-start operation (e.g. Hybrid Battery). 100% means that the maximum stop-start operation is available. 0% means no stop-start operation is available. Possible uses of this parameter may include optimizing when engine stop should occur (e.g. stopping engine at a longer stop versus a short stop light).
