Identifies the command or action being commanded to the target Configurable ECU of this instance of PGN 28928.0000b = Request Port Transmit Status – Identifies the message as a request for the list of configurable transmit PGNs on port the identified in SPN 8595 and their current transmit status. All bits in SPN 8597 and SPN 8598 shall be set to 1 by the sender and will be ignored by the receiver. 0001b = Configure Port Transmit State – Identifies the message as a request to configure the transmit behaviors of one or more PGNs on port identified in SPN 8595. SPN 8597 and SPN 8598 are used to specify the PGN and the desired transmit capability of each PGN. The sender of this message only needs to include PGNs that are to have their transmit capability changed.
