Description:

Indicates if the Configurable ECU is able to honor the request issued in PGN 28160 for the associated SPN identified on SPN 8845 on the port identified in SPN 8842.00b = SPN�s receive status could not be modified. Note: This state shall only be used when SPN 8844 is set to NACK (001b). 01b = SPN�s receive status was not requested to be modified. 10b = SPN�s receive status could be modified as requested. 11b = Not available
