Description:

Instantaneous Center of Combustion timing is defined as the crank angle for which 50% of the fuel mass has been burned in the present engine cycle. The data will report FB00h (64256) when the engine is not running. Center of Combustion is used to indicate the combustion efficiency. When the combustion happens after the TDC (Top Dead Center) of this cylinder, the timing is referred in terms of positive angle and if combustion happens before TDC, the timing is referred in terms of negative angle.
