The requested maximum speed for the vehicle while in a Hybrid Propulsion Mode (see SPN 7889) other than Mode 1 – Stored Energy Source Sustaining.This shall be the operating vehicle speed limit while in the range defined by Hybrid Propulsion Mode Requested Distance (SPN 9707). If another vehicle speed limit is active within the hybrid system, the lower of the values must be used. A value of FBh indicates that the sender supports this parameter, but is currently not requesting a limit. A value of FFh indicates that this parameter is not supported by the sender.
