One or more contactors are open. State may result from the HVES1 High-Voltage Bus Connect Command (SPN 8123) or due to a limit being exceeded. 0001b = Connected. All contactors are closed and the precharge relay is open. Typically results from the HVES1 High-Voltage Bus Connect Command (SPN 8123). 0010b = Connection in Process.
