Total Haul Cycle Count

Description:

The total accumulated number of haul cycles over the life of the product. This should be a monotonically increasing number that sums Haul Cycle Count (SPN 6847). If transactions are supported via Payload Delivery Transaction Status (SPN 7702) then total haul cycle count may not be incremented until the transaction is complete in order to account for cancelled or otherwise incomplete transactions. If transactions are not supported, then every haul cycle count can be accumulated as the haul cycle completes.
