Description:

Switch signal which indicates the position of the Railroad mode switch. 00b = Railroad mode switch passive (City/Highway mode) 01b = Railroad mode switch active (Railroad mode) 10b = Error 11b = Not available Note: This switch signal to be used to inform the ABS/ASR ECU or other ECUs that the vehicle is operating in a railroad mode vs. a normal driving mode. Railroad mode is when a vehicle (i.e. vocational truck) has deployed the railroad gear such that the vehicle can be driven on a railroad track. This switch signal may originate from an operator switch, or within the railroad operation system installed on the vehicle.
