Note: A given HVES controller may not support all of the states.0000b = SOC level is acceptable. 0001b = SOC is approaching its recommended lower limit 0010b = SOC is at its recommended lower limit 0011b = SOC is below its recommended lower limit 0100b = SOC is approaching its recommended upper limit 0101b = SOC is at its recommended upper limit 0110b = SOC is above its recommended upper limit 0111b to 1101b = Reserved 1110b = Error 1111b = Not Available
