Command to connect the High Voltage Energy Storage 1 pack (or system) to the high-voltage bus. The emergency contactor closure request may be used in situations where one or more faults in the hybrid powertrain prevent normal operation, but the vehicle operator desires operation due to a perceived emergency situation. Receivers of this command should always support state 10b (Emergency contactor closure request), even if the criteria for closing the contactor are the same as used in response to state 01b.00b = Open Contactor; Disconnect HVES from high-voltage bus 01b = Close Contactor; Connect HVES to high-voltage bus 10b = Emergency contactor closure request 11b = Don�t care/Take no action
