Idle Control Enable State

Description:

Indicates whether enabling conditions (switch position, park brake, transmission neutral status, etc.) have been met for an idle speed request. Similar to a cruise control enable switch, this parameter does not activate the request, but may be used to provide indication of availability. This parameter does not inhibit or apply to Engine Operator Primary Intermediate Speed Select (SPN 2880).00b = Conditions are not met for idle speed request 01b = Conditions for idle speed request have been met 10b = Error 11b = Not available
