Description:

Indicates whether all interlocks for on board programming (OBP) have been satisfied. This parameter should be set to On whever any of the other OBP Interlocks are on. This allows a receiving device to know whether programming is permitted without necessarily being aware of the other interlock parameters.00b = Off: Programming is premitted. All interlocks are satisfied 01b = On: Programming is inhibited. One of more interlocks are not satisfied. 10b = Error 11b = Not available
