Stored Energy Source Charge/Discharge Rate Request is used to control the rate at which the stored energy is changed in Energy Increasing or Energy Depleting modes.A value of FBh indicates a request for the default charge/discharge rate. In a Diesel-Electric Hybrid, it is the percentage of the maximum charging rate allowed by the system. The system will control the charging rate to its maximum allowed when at 100%. This parameter provides the ability to charge the HVES at different rates. If there are multiple sources of this parameter the greatest charge/discharge rate is used.
