Stored Energy Source Increasing Mode Allowed is sent by the Hybrid System controller to indicate when the Stored Energy Source Increasing Mode is available for use and/or allowed to be used.In a Diesel-Electric hybrid, this parameter may be set to 00b when operating conditions such as high vehicle speeds, high HVES state of charge, or degraded HVES would inhibit use of this mode. 00b = Mode NOT allowed 01b = Mode allowed 10b = Error 11b = Not available
