Description:

Stored Energy Source Set Point Request is used to set the percentage that the Stored Energy Source should be managed to by the system.A value of FBh indicates a request for the default set point. In the case of a Diesel-Electric Hybrid, the percentage (0-100%) is the percentage of HVES capacity available for use. This is a percentage of the useable HVES capacity (i.e., not the actual capacity, or State of Charge). If there are multiple sources of this parameter the level closest to 100% is used. Stored Energy Source Level (SPN 7895) provides a status of the actual level versus this set point.
